Personalized hormone treatment plan. Includes a physical exam, complete medical history and blood work.
Hormone Optimization Program- $100 month
Personalized hormone therapy with monthly prescriptions (prescriptions not included in monthly cost). Ongoing telephone or video calls scheduled at your convenience. Periodic lab testing to ensure optimal hormone levels.
