PRP Therapy
What is PRP?
Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) is spun from blood drawn from your own body for amazing results in stimulating new cell growth in many different parts of the body. PRP can be injected into the face to stimulate collagen and elastin production in the skin. It can be injected into the scalp to help stimulate hair growth, and three treatments each scheduled a month apart are recommended for the best results. PRP can be injected into the joints to help with pain relief. It can be injected into the skin of the chest to improve skin elasticity and provide a natural breast lift for women. PRP can also be injected into both the male and female genital tissue to revitalize cells affected by reduced blood flow and/or scar tissue.

The most amazing thing about PRP therapy is that there are no conditions that disallow you from getting it. As long as you are 18 years or older and can consent to the treatment, you can schedule!

How Long Does Each Therapy Last?
The effects of PRP therapy are not permanent, so we recommend a maintenance program which could include quarterly procedures to keep skin looking it’s best for any facial procedures. PRP joint injections last anywhere from 3 to 6 months, so we recommend scheduling another appointment when you begin to feel symptoms again. All other PRP therapies typically last about 1 year, so appointments can be scheduled as needed.
Cost
PRP therapy can be covered by insurance depending on the procedure you’re interested in and your insurance plan’s specific benefits. We recommend calling your insurance carrier to find out more about your plan. For all therapies that aren’t covered, we offer packages for multiple PRP treatments that offer great cost savings. You can get up to three areas treated with PRP per session, and we offer a 20% discount if you book them together.
